Gran Loves hugs is a stranded colorwork beanie. Using 4 colors, this hat is worked in the round from the bottom up. The decreases are written into the chart. Instructions for this hat are written for the cast on, but after the brim, the instructions are charted only. It’s a quick knit, and the patterns are easy to memorize. Recommended ease for this hat is 1-2” inches of negative ease. I originally designed this hat as a gift for my mother-in-law. The encoded message for her is in the title.
